- Responsible for the monitoring of Seven Basic Tools.
- Provides and monitors the Data Analysis for the Department.
- Documentation for ISO Files and analyzing ISO.
- Responsible for 5M Audit in the Factory.
- Implements the Corrective Actions and Effectiveness of Corrective Actions.
- Conducts Gemba Walk, Equipment Audits.
- Provide Reports to Customers to address the Quality Issues and Total Quality Improvement of Products and Processes.
- Graduate of Any Engineering course or above equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of working experience in QA field with familiarity with 8D/FMEA/7 QC TOOLS/ SPC.
- Other related training and seminars to this position will be of high advantage.
- Provides GSCR Audit compliance.
- Conducts Audit related topics.
- Implementation and secure effectiveness of Corrective Actions.
- Able to do Customer Audits.
- Able to process and provide reports to Customers
