JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or any equivalent.
• Preferably with solid background for 1-2 years working experience as NPI Engineer.

• Basic knowledge in SPC, 8D methodology, PFMEA, RCCA, IPC Standards, ESD Compliance, DMAIC and use of Basic QC Tools is an advantage.
• With knowledge in in SMT/PCBA manufacturing process.
• Ability to adopt fast phase environment and efficiently work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for the validation and qualification of PCBA and EE parts for the supplier and manufacturing customer products.
• Co-work with PM/NPI team to assure the progress and success of the mew launch projects.
• Coordinate with the customer electronics teams for the DPAP requirements and submission.
• Responsible to monitor and progress of the DPAP submission and approval.
• Attend Customer meeting and update the progress of the DPAP or project status.
• Assure that all new PCBA products shall be approved by customer prior to mass production.
• Provide Bpi and production support transition through successful and sustained new product launch.
• Consolidate and review quality documents such PFMEA, QSI, Control Plan and Wi for DPAP Package (knowledgeable in IPC standards).
• Responsible to generate, work or review SPC, 8D Methodology, RCCA as needed during quality excursion with the CFT.
• Ensure activities will be align to department goals and objectives proliferated to Cross Functional Team.
