Process Engineer Deputy Supervisor - FPIP Site

- Yield quality and product improvement for process handled
- Attend relevant meetings for the process handled (inline)
- Create needed Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) documents for the process handled
- Conduct training to new Operators
- Generate and update standard work instructions, control plans, and PFMEA for the process handled
- Conduct evaluation and analysis for material related defects
- Support processing of NPI/ISIR parts
- Check tact time for process handled
- Communicate with customer counterparts for any concerns in the process handled
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering related course or equivalent.
- Must have a manufacturing experience
- Has expertise in line set up, customer handling, and report making
- Knowledgeable in NPI
- Proficient in Yielding Improvement/ Defect Analysis skills
- Has a good background in Document revision and Generation skills
- With good communication and tact time skills
- Knowledge on proper use of jigs
- Willing to be assign in FPIP Site.
