Job Description

• Yield quality and product improvement for process handled
• Attend relevant meetings for the process handled (inline)
• Create needed Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) documents for the process handled
• Conduct training to new Operators
• Generate and update standard work instructions, control plans, and PFMEA for the process handled
• Conduct evaluation and analysis for material related defects
• Support processing of NPI/ISIR parts
• Check tact time for process handled
• Communicate with customer counterparts for any concerns in the process handled

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering related course or equivalent.
• Must have a manufacturing experience
• Has expertise in line set up, customer handling, and report making
• Knowledgeable in NPI
• Proficient in Yielding Improvement/ Defect Analysis skills
• Has a good background in Document revision and Generation skills
• With good communication and tact time skills
• Knowledge on proper use of jigs
• Willing to be assign in FPIP Site.
