Qualifications:

• Accredited OSH Practitioner (S03)
• PCO accredited is advantage;
• Graduate of Bs Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering is preferred;
• At least one (1) year of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Management System
• Experience in Maintenance is a plus;

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure the countermeasures for the problems/potential problems are formulated and presented for management approval;
• Coordinate with concerned parties the implementation of corrective and improvement actions based on evaluations made on the Safety Program;
• Maintain the effectiveness and improve the Safety Program and contingencies for emergencies;
• Update and maintain the management system for Safety;
• Report accidents / problems encountered and evaluations made;
