The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Department by fulfilling through the following:
- Create Sales Order for employee orders under House Accounts (HACC) and on behalf of Sales Specialists on the field.
- Reviews delivery receipt against the Finished Goods and Shipment Report before releasing receipt to Sales Specialist for collection.
- Carries out a follow-up of collection from customer based on the outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Prepares the monthly and year to date sales report per customer and per product.
- College graduate
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in computer office applications particularly in Microsoft Excel
- With 6 months to 1 year related experience.
