About The Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finance operations including reporting, accounting, tax management, audits, statutory compliance, and related duties. This role collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders, alongside staying updated on evolving statutory requirements and tax laws.
Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for all the finance matters in the country.
Ensure that month-end closing, reporting, and financial accounting are timely and accurate.
Monthly balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, variance analysis and reporting to the regional office.
Cashflow management and projections, including payment function and collection from customers.
Monthly intercompany reconciliation.
Manage and review work of external consultants – bookkeeping, auditors, compliance, tax, etc., ensuring that the books and records are aligned with the company’s policy.
Review and ensure compliance with all regulatory finance and tax filing requirements.
Ensure proper record keeping for sharing and audit purposes.
Responsible for maintaining proper internal control.
Identify areas for enhancement within the company's finance processes and operations, propose and implement changes.
Assist in secretarial matters, in HR, and administrative matters if required.
Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.

What our Client is Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related field.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
With an experience in audit and/or financial accounting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
