Setup and Integration Specialist(Hybrid Work Setup)

- Create prescription versions of plano frames, including power ranges, images, sizes, and colors.
- Resolve order issues related to missing RX data, associate frames & lenses, input power ranges, and activate frames.
- Create, update, and disable lenses; map insurance requests and create logic for insurance analysis.
- Create lenses and manage data on the E-commerce platform for various brands.
- Configure RX promotions for lenses using multiple tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in using SAP-FMS, e-commerce platform and tools.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple setups concurrently.
- Familiarity with prescription eyewear setup processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot setup issues efficiently.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
