As a Junior Manual QA, you will support the QA process by understanding and adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMMI standards. Your responsibilities include collaborating with senior analysts to develop test strategies, writing and executing test cases and scripts, and identifying and reporting defects. You will ensure software quality through functional, application, and regression testing, while contributing to the improvement of QA procedures. Additionally, you will maintain clear communication with team members, document activities in ATLAS, and participate in ongoing learning to enhance your skills in business processes and IT systems.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing.
• Proficient in writing test cases and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in QA testing tools, test design techniques, standards, and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
• Willing to work in Alabang
