Job Summary:
The Junior Network and Systems Administrator is responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer networks, hardware/software. He/she is also responsible for working with other Network and Systems Administrators and is expected to assist the IT Manager in delegating his/her work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Evaluates and tests new hardware/software according to business and functional requirements
· Maintains the systems once they are up and running
· Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art server and/or network tools
· Develop project proposals and drive their implementation
· Provide guidance and establish and evolve effective business goals, strategies and processes
· Provide on-going coaching for the growth and development of team members
· Protects operations by keeping information confidential
Qualifications:
· Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
· Knowledge of the following is a must: Windows Server, Linux, My SQL, SQL server, LAN and WAN topologies and architecture, Firewall configuration
· Knowledge of the following is a plus: Cisco ASA, Oracle ATG, Amazon AWS, Vo IP setup
· Ability to develop effective working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external contacts
· Ability to communicate with others on network concepts and methodologies

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
