Job Summary:
Responsible for purchasing goods, equipment, and services for the company. The primary objective of a Buyer is to obtain high-quality products at the best possible prices to meet the organization's needs.
Main Functions:

• Evaluates and selects suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and strategic fit with the organization
• Negotiates terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements, including price, delivery schedules and payment terms.
• Generates and manages purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Assists the end-user in receiving goods to ensure that goods received are not damaged and are of the right quality goods are received by the requestor/end-user.
• Works closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.
• Works to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process, while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.
• Keeps accurate records of purchases made.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function

Miscellaneous:

• Attends Exposition and other events related to Suppliers.
• Supplier Visits
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Senior Buyer depending on the exigencies of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
