As Driver

• Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations, following predetermined routes and schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and answering any questions or concerns.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, including performing routine inspections, fueling, and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a safe driving environment for passengers and other road users.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Assist in loading and unloading passenger luggage as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and fellow drivers to coordinate pick-up and drop-off locations and address any changes or delays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance driving skills and knowledge of shuttle operations.
• Follow strict schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and departures, adjusting routes and times to accommodate traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

As Mechanic

• Conduct regular maintenance on vehicle fleet and systems.
• Meet with clients to better understand their concerns and identify the issue.
• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
• Examine all NSPL fleet and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
• Identify, and propose plans of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades for company fleet.
• Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records. vii. Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.
• Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to vehicle users.
• Perform vehicle assessments and alert users on issues.
