Job Summary

• Develop (new) and improve (existing) products based on target quality, cost and timeline with guidance and approval from Manager.
• Conduct assessment on alternative packaging and raw materials based on established guidelines and procedures to support stable material supply and smooth operation.
• Provide timely and appropriate technical support to related departments by sharing technical know-how, conducting investigation, preparing technical documents, making comprehensive reports.
• Facilitate process improvement, research study (new raw material or packaging material) and recipe optimization for productivity projects that will produce new key material, cost efficient and optimize operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering; equivalent
• Laboratory Instrumentation
• Basic Cooking
• Technical report writing
• Good communication skills
