• Ensuring accurate and timely facilitation and availability of required working and travel documents of Japanese expats.
• Arrange corporate travel by booking transportation and making lodging arrangements.
• Monitors and prepares expense related documents for liquidation and reimbursement.
• Conducts other administrative tasks such as record maintenance, correspondences, ordering supplies and other related activities.
• Provide executive support on personal needs of Japanese expats.
• In charge of providing updates on government regulations in relation to Japanese Expats.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related course.
• At least 2 years work experience in an executive support role.
• Experience in working with Japanese Expats.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
