Job Summary:
We're looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
- Provide information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including notes and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and issues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
