Store Manager (Robinsons Galleria Cebu)

- Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommending suitable apparel based on customer’s needs, and offering an alternative to customers.
- Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
- Keep the store organized and clean
- Works under varying schedules
- Actively maintains a global brand image.
- Lead and manage store meetings
- Manage daily store operations
- Responsible for operation reports
- Lead the team in achieving target sales
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a retail/clothing store
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys interacting with different types of people
- Flexible in work schedule and location
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
