What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
With at least 3 years of experience in overseeing store branches

What are the key responsibilities and accountabilities:
The Store Supervisor will focus on the following:

Allocate manpower in each store per assigned area.
Evaluate store employee performance.
Review and assess the performance evaluation of store employee.
Monitor stocks per area to prevent Overstocking/Understocking.
Suggest branch to branch transfer of stocks.
Review Audit reports on stock inventory (Physical Count).
Analyze fast moving and non-moving items.
Decide upselling strategies for promoting non-moving items.
Monitor and reports overall center concerns and directly deals with concerned departments.
Monitor daily and monthly sales.
Observe effectiveness of promos.
Suggest promotion improvements to Regional Sales Manager
Conduct regular surprise center visits.
Check and observe if the standard operating procedures in stores are implemented.
Submit & present area sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager
