General Job Details:
The Storekeeper is responsible for all warehouse operations activities including goods issues, goods receipts, stock taking, prepare boxes with weekly consumptions, prepare boxes with maintenance parts, initiate planned purchases of maintenance spare parts, e-business transactions, cleaning of warehouse, manage reasonable stock levels of consumable items and give proposals for stock improvements on stock efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain tidiness in the warehouse. Keep everything well organized according to specification.
• Support engineers and technicians when they need spare parts.
• Supply them with needed spare parts. In case parts are not available, he records the need and verify the purchase with Senior Customer Responsible Engineer before purchase.
• In terms of urgent need of purchase, he supports engineers and technicians to purchase parts.
• Weekly run MRP in spare parts system. Verify the items to be purchased
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Weekly prepare consumables for all lines.
• Initiate with engineer minimum 8 weeks prior to planned services that spare parts must be ordered as planned plus.
• Continuous stock taking. Minimum 100 items a week.
• Organize the store so all storage locations are well marked with storage locations and bar codes on each.
• Keep track of all Rebuilding kits and prepare engineers with Rebuilding kit when it is TPMS on-line.
• Keep track of tools and templates. Provide engineers with requested tools and templates.
• Give proposals on items to request PSC for re-purchase.
• Prepare and inform managers with stock value report monthly.

Required competence and personalities:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 3 years experience as storekeeper
• Willing to work hard and take responsibility
• Can work under pressure
• Good attitude and open for changes. Willing to drive changes on daily basis.
• Basic English verbal and written
• Computer literate (Well familiar with Word, excel, outlook and basic computer troubleshooting)
• Amenable to work in National Highway, Maanas, Medina, Misamis Oriental, Philippines

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
