Job Description

• Will handle projects given or assigned to him/her.
• Develops project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
• Develops, tests, and evaluates theoretical designs.
• Manages projects using engineering principles and techniques.
• Produces details of specifications and outline of designs.
• Recommends modifications following prototype test results.
• Uses research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design.
• Considers the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
• Attends to details and complexities of the design up to its maturity.
• Assists in the design and fabrication of structural engineering projects, systems, or equipment.
• Performs engineering calculations by using calculator or computer to solve routine engineering problems.
• Prepares and submits reports on complete designs/drawings.
• Can sign plans
• Facilitates seamless coordination between Construction, Design, Production and Engineering Department.

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years experience in Design Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proficient in Autocad, STAAD, ETABS, SAFE
• Knowledgeable in National Structural Code of the Philippines
• With experience in designing mixed-use developments (residential, commercial, institutional, high-rise, mid-rise, etc.)
• Willing to work in Pasay (Head office)
