The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels and ensuring product availability. This role involves analyzing demand forecasts, coordinating with stakeholders on quantity, timeliness, and collaborating with various departments to streamline supply chain processes and achieve business objectives.
I. Principal Responsibilities
Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations to ensure adequate stock while preventing overstock situations.
• Implementing strategies to balance inventory and manage stockouts.

Supply Planning

• Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery products.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Utilize advance analytics and supply chain software to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and supply chain performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address issues and negotiate terms.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit and reviews.

II. Required Knowledge, Attitude, and Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy in managing inventory levels, forecasts, and supply plans.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics.
• Adherence to ethical standards and company policies in all supply chain activities.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• With at least 2 years of proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Willing to report onsite (Monday to Friday) - Head Office (Makati City)
