- Minimum of 4 proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Communicate with logistics partners to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Provide regular updates to management on supply chain performance and issues.
