Job Requirements:
- Intermediate Experience: 2.5–5 years of experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or customer outreach. Experience in social media engagement (Instagram, Facebook) is a strong advantage.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication, with proficiency in crafting grammatically correct emails. Candidates should have a neutral or American-accented tone for phone communication to ensure clear understanding and alignment with target markets.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to personalize outreach efforts and ensure each interaction is relevant to the prospect’s needs and interests.
- Social Media and CRM Proficiency: Experience using Instagram and Facebook for outreach, as well as CRM systems for tracking leads and managing data.
- Outbound Calling Comfort: Proven experience in outbound calling, using scripts effectively to connect with prospects and assess their interest.
- Proficient in Email Writing: Skilled in crafting professional, grammatically accurate emails tailored to each lead’s context.
- Submission Requirements (Voice Recording) : Shortlisted candidates must submit resumes, profiles, and a voice recording via Vocaroo, demonstrating their verbal communication skills, for review by the client.
- Part-Time to Full-Time Transition: A transition from part-time to full-time is possible if the candidate is comfortable with it and demonstrates consistently great work performance.
- Outbound Email and Text Campaigns: Focus on conducting outreach to prospects via email and text messages using provided scripts for consistency. During the initial stage, the candidate will not handle outbound calls, focusing instead on written communication.
- Transition to Cold Calling (Post-Initial Stage) Once the client feels confident in the candidate’s ability to manage written outreach and lead generation, the candidate will transition to handling cold calling. This will involve:
- Cold Call Campaigns: Begin managing outbound cold calls to further qualify leads, using provided scripts to maintain consistency in messaging.
- Lead Nurturing via Calls: Engage potential leads through direct phone conversations, nurturing relationships and gathering insights to support the sales process.
- Social Media Direct Messaging: Engage with potential clients on Instagram and Facebook through direct messaging. Utilize pre-written templates and tailor messages to build meaningful connections with prospects.
- Lead Handoff: Qualify leads based on engagement and interest through social media interactions and written communication. Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
- CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated by logging all interactions, tracking engagement, and regularly updating lead statuses.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular progress updates on lead generation, share trends in engagement, and suggest improvements to outreach strategies based on feedback and observations.
- Market Research: Conduct brief research on social media to better understand lead interests and refine outreach efforts.
