- 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST (5:00am-2:00pm PH Time)
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to reaching out to new prospects.
- Ability to understand and communicate the value of workplace injury prevention solutions.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g.,Hub Spot) to manage leads and track sales activities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement, to generate new business leads.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact to introduce our workplace injury prevention solutions.
- Qualify prospects by gathering information on their business needs, pain points, and potential fit for our services.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
