Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns and PPC advertising, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Skills & Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex concepts and presenting campaign results to clients or stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Results-Oriented: Results-driven, with a strong focus on exceeding performance targets.
• Candidate Qualities: The ideal candidate must be driven, self-managing, proactive, show initiative, and be genuine in their approach to work.
• Full-Time Opportunity: The hired candidate should be open to transitioning to a full-time role if the client is impressed with their performance.
• Portfolio Requirement: Shortlisted candidates will be required to present portfolios showcasing relevant materials aligned with Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
• Timeline & Urgency: Potential Start Date: November 18.
• Proficiency in the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Experience with PPC tools and software like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party bid management platforms.

Core responsibilities:

• PPC Campaign Strategy: Develop strategies that align with client objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
• Campaign Setup: Create and set up Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and ad copy based on targeting and strategic objectives.
• Implement bid strategies, ad extensions, and targeting options to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and analyze data trends.
• Optimize bids, keywords, and ad creatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and headlines that resonate with the target audience and drive clicks.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide monthly reports by the 5th, including performance insights and a summary of completed and upcoming work.
• Conversion Optimization: Review landing pages and recommend improvements to boost conversion rates when necessary.
