JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Experience working in a multicultural environment!
- Receive HMO (Maximum Limit up to 200K) upon regularization
- Annual company activities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and respond to tutors for whatever concerns they may have that are related to their services for the company
- Manage the schedules of tutors to ensure enough lessons are provided daily
- Answer the tutors’ inquiries (through Skype, email, or SMS)
- Work together with Japanese Customer Support in dealing with student concerns (e.g. cancellation or transferring of lessons, contacting tutors, etc.)
- Develop ideas for the improvement of the procedures related to operations in the Tutors’ Management Department
- Fulfill other job-related tasks to be given by the immediate Supervisor
- Graduate of any 4-year degree or vocational courses (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Willing to work in Makati (This is an office-based job)

Willing to be in an afternoon shift (start of shift: 3PM)
*may still change to any of the shifts posted below -
Willing to be trained (both as a support staff and as a tutor)*
*Support staff training schedule will follow the work schedule of the Supervisor
*Tutor training will be from Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
*changes may still occur but will be notified - Amenable to working on holidays and weekends
- Must acquiesce to render overtime whenever necessary
- Must be adaptive and culturally sensitive
- Must have strong time management skills
- Must have experience in basic to intermediate computer and internet troubleshooting
- Work is in Makati City (on-site): 10F King’s Court I Building, 2129 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City
- Two rest days in a week Fri and Sat (may still change)
- Other Department Shifts:
- 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 MN
