Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our sales team. Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for our sales teams. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, passionate about technology, persuasive skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the services and solutions offered by Onephp Technology.
• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted organizations.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and pain points
• Can effectively communicate the value of Onephp Technology’s products and services
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads generated from various marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales

Qualifications:

• Has experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time, permanent, and fresh graduate
• Knowledge of IT/software industry trends and terminology is a plus.
• High school diploma; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a bonus.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
