The Role
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays,
6AM-3PM Central European Time
1PM-10PM Asia/Manila
11PM-8AM Central Standard Time
As a UI/UX Designer at Growmodo, your mission is to create stunning, user-focused websites that not only impress but also deliver real business results for our clients. You’ll be at the forefront of design innovation, crafting digital experiences that stand out in the market.
Key Responsibilities

Create Designs: Develop captivating design concepts and wireframes for websites and landing pages, ensuring they align with business goals.
Build Prototypes: Design interactive prototypes with animations using Adobe XD or Figma to visualize the user journey.
Refine & Optimize: Continuously improve and enhance existing designs, ensuring consistency and a seamless user experience.
Deliver Dev-Ready Files: Prepare and hand off polished design files to the development team for implementation.
Stay Trendy: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and push creative boundaries on every project.

Must-Haves:

Experience: Proven experience in creating responsive layouts with smooth interactions and animations.
Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma, including plugins, and advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
Creativity & Precision: Strong grasp of branding, layout, and typography with eagle-eyed attention to detail.
Conversion Focus: Understanding of conversion principles in web design and the ability to create websites that drive business results.
Communication & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and work independently.
English Fluency: Strong command of both spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Haves:

Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphic design and graphic design, including logos, flyers, and presentations.
CRO Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Basic Development Skills: A foundational understanding of web development practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php46,000.00 - Php116,000.00 per month
