• Assist customers in booking airline tickets, reserving seats, and processing changes to reservations.
• Address inquiries related to the airline's services, special assistance, and travel requirements.
• Enter accurate data and update information in real-time.
• Resolve booking issues, including conflicting schedules or errors in reservations.
