Position Overview:
Responsible for handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through online chat platforms, responding to inquiries and providing accurate, timely information.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor in accordance with company policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer service and chat support.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
