Position Overview:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and financial assistance to clients via inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and general financial information.
Process account updates, such as changes to personal details, account closures, and new account setups.
Assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions of financial products and services.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
