Ablita Properties Corp., a leader in property management and development, is seeking dedicated Utility Maintenance Personnel to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for maintaining high standards of building functionality, safety, and aesthetics, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance & Housekeeping: Perform day-to-day repairs, housekeeping and upkeep of facilities, ensuring a clean, functional, and safe environment.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any urgent maintenance and housekeeping issues swiftly to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of tenants and visitors.
Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to support large-scale projects and special repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

* At least High school graduate.
* Can perform housekeeping duties (Experience is a plus)
* Hardworking with great and strong personality.
* Able to read and write

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

Holidays
Overtime
