Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their healthcare inquiries through non voice channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information based on clients' needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure top-notch service.

Needed Qualifications

• College graduate with a PHRN license.
• Strong communication skills.
• At least one year of bedside experience or company nurse experience with C.O.E.
• with Utilization Review Experience
