You will assist the Video Editor Full time employee.
This job mainly involves planning, drafting, and editing videos that match the age of the videos.
<Business flow>
(1) Hearing from internal stakeholders or clients about the purpose and direction of the video to be produced.
(2) Propose a plan for the video (how about making a video with a story like this? Create materials and present the idea).
(3) If the plan in (2) is approved, we will put it into a concrete plan (using storyboards if necessary) necessary for shooting.
(4) Shooting (in some cases, you will be asked to participate in the shooting)
(5) Editing (main task)
(6) Company website, SNS publication
(7) Analysis and review*We carry out our work in a division of labor by multiple people.
(8) Task includes DTP for projects in Japan office
<Other Roles>
Youtube algorithm analysis Analysis of buzzing thumbnails Analysis of content ranking, number of views, average stay time, page from which page came from, etc.Extraction of issues for videos produced based on the results of the above data analysis (what is the problem and what should be done)Appeal point:We handle the largest number of languages in Japan (180 languages), and we are also the first human resources agent in Japan specializing in foreigners. It is a great attraction that you can use and learn English at work in a global environment with a rich international flavor (there are three nationalities in the company).There are many collaborations with local offices in Bangladesh, the Philippines, and South Korea, and it is possible for applicants to work at local offices. Many projects are carried out together with overseas offices.
Qualification requirements:
-Graduating student with experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is a plus
-Experience in using Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
-Those who like to analyze data such as video rankings, number of registrants, time spent
Prerequisite:
High interest in videos, the internet and entertainment
Those who are interested in promoting video creation
English daily conversation level
Salary: P350/day
* Day Shift: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
* Work schedule will be set with Japanese Calendar
