**Position:** Waiter

**Job Overview:**
As a waiter in our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, and facilitating a smooth dining process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
- Present menus and explain malatang options, including broth choices, ingredients, and spice levels.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables for service.
- Process payments and manage cash or card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a waiter/server/crew or customer service role is a plus but no experience K to 12 graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
