POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the
warehouse and logistics department or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and
outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule, managing a team of warehouse & logistic staff. This role includes inventory management, logistics and deliveries to stores nationwide, serving and facilitating the outright accounts orders, E-Commerce manpower and merchandise support and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and logistics distribution activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries to stores across the country, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Oversee inventory management and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and warehouse activities.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage, and establish warehouse
- Assist the budget preparation and administration.
- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and

- Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Warehouse or Logistics Supervision & Admin Supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in supervising and managing a professional
- A degree in any discipline is acceptable for entry into the position. Business or
- Strong effective communicator.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control management systems and practices.
- Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Has a good decision-making skill
- Proficient in Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk and stand for a long periods of
