POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the
warehouse and logistics department or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and
outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule, managing a team of warehouse & logistic staff. This role includes inventory management, logistics and deliveries to stores nationwide, serving and facilitating the outright accounts orders, E-Commerce manpower and merchandise support and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and logistics distribution activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries to stores across the country, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee inventory management and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and warehouse activities.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage, and establish warehouse

practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

• Assist the budget preparation and administration.
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and

other team leads.

• Understand, work with the possibility help to develop new system in improving

warehouse and logistics operations.

• Preparing and processing of the office supplies requests of the retail stores, E-

Commerce and other departments. And communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.

• Implement and monitor warehouse safety and security procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained warehouse space.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Warehouse or Logistics Supervision & Admin Supervision.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in supervising and managing a professional

staff of at least five.

• A degree in any discipline is acceptable for entry into the position. Business or

management, Logistics or IT degree may be at an advantage.

• Strong effective communicator.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control management systems and practices.
• Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational

computer applications.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Has a good decision-making skill
• Proficient in Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk and stand for a long periods of

time.

• Amenable to work onsite along West Service Road, Parañaque City, Monday to

Friday.
