Job Description
Warehouse workers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.
  • Enforces inventory control. Ensure the inventory is controlled and maintained with high quality for audit purposes.
  • Maintain and operate warehouse machinery and equipment for tasks.
  • Properly completing and submitting all required documentation, such as paperwork, purchase orders, sales invoices, petty cash, and the like.
  • Has knowledge in pick, pack, ship process in warehouse.
  • Efficiently ensuring items are packed accordingly and ready for loading and shipping
  • Checking all the incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Coordination with the head office and warehouse supervisor.
  • Maintaining an organized warehouse for stocks
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and properly maintained by performing regular cleaning
  • Reporting of maintenance problems and accidents in a timely manner
  • Inspect warehouse and report any issue to the supervisors
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
  • Assisting with the loading and offloading of products and materials
  • Perform other utility and maintenance works at the warehouse
  • Perform other duties necessary for smooth projects’ implementation
Job Qualification
  • At least a 2nd year college
  • With at least 1 year of experience in the same role
  • Organize and have an initiative in line of work
  • Can work on a minimal supervision
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Amenable to work with flexible hours and render overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Willing to work in Silang, Cavite.
  • Can start immediately.
