We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company.
Job Description:

Repairing, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, calibrates, validate, checking of the unit, installation, and initial diagnosis of equipment.
Knowledgeable about machines, and basic knowledge with computer for full service report/output.
Active listening, quick response and troubleshooting skills.
Promptly following up on service requests and providing feedback.
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
Provides consistent, on-time delivery of complete and properly functioning equipment to customers.
Coordinates with supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests related to services.
Provides a complete and accurate full service report for the equipment immediately after the service is done.
Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, engineering or technician
At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position.
TESDA graduate; or bachelor's degree is a plus.
A highly technical experience.
A relevant certificate or license is advantage but not required.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Experience:

Service Engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
