Job Description/Functions:
a. Assist the Section Head in the following:
b. Organizing training events and learning and development activities;
c. Coordinating with subject matter experts and service providers;
d. Obtaining and distributing required instructional/reference materials;
e. Communicating schedules and details of training events and learning and development activities;
f. Answer routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations;
g. Prepare and monitor the Training Effectiveness Evaluation Report;
h. Use an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels, or assessments of the programs and subject matter experts;
i. Coordinate additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repair; and
j. Perform other related task.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,998.00 per month
