A Glimpse into Your New Role

Training Manager role is a pivotal in identifying training needs, developing instructional materials and increasing trainees’ engagement in learning sessions, resulting to improved employees’ skillset, performance, productivity and quality of work.

Provide overall support in all projects/programs surrounding competency development of first line employees/staff/agents
Lead and manage a team of trainers, ensuring that proper execution of tasks is fulfilled in a timely manner
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job/task analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods and programs
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree holder
At least 5 years’ experience in Training & Development
At least 3 year experience managing a training team
Certified on Instructional Design and Training Delivery
Must have spear-headed training needs analysis for a new and existing campaign
Strong focus on documentation
Numerical comprehension and analyzing data
Understanding of contact center industry KPIs
Thorough knowledge of MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Excellent communications skills - verbal and written
Coaching capability
Statistical knowledge / interpretation of data
Technical Orientation - Class Preparation, Evaluation and Assessment
