• Meeting with front-line staff to gather and analyze their current processes.
• Analyzing workflows to create process maps and isolating areas of potential process improvements to identify where controls are required.
• Developing and documenting process documents.
• Documenting existing controls and collaborating with teams to identify and implement potential controls to close any gaps.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on compliance.
• Strong process mapping abilities and experience in continuous improvement.
• Ability to converse effectively with front-line, operational, and Risk & Compliance teams across all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of front-line processes, particularly within the Energy teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting business needs, and developing appropriate control documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong compliance focus, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
