HR Generalist (Compliance, Compensation & Benefits)

Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring the efficient execution of HR initiatives, policies, and systems. This role requires expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and data-driven HR operations, with a particular focus on payroll, HRIS, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides support in all facets of Human Resources.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR initiatives and systems that enhance the employee experience.
  • End to end payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and compensation.
  • Manage employee data and HR records (attendance, 201 files, etc.) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support management in handling payroll and timekeeping concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on HR policies, benefits, and updates to various departments.
  • Provides full cooperation and support in any task assigned by the HR Head.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist or similar HR role, with a strong background in payroll management and HRIS (preferably SAP). With at least 5 years of working experience as an HR practitioner.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, pay & benefits, training, and development.
  • Demonstrated understanding of labor laws, compliance, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficiency in data management and HR information systems, with experience using SAP HRIS as a primary tool.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Registered Psychometrician is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities for delivering HR updates and programs.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making aptitude.
  • Ethical, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
