JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall supervision of the Admin, Recruitment, Benefits and Payroll Section. Initiates any development and enhancement in all Section’s policies and procedures. Focuses sourcing and screening of candidates and recommends the best qualified applicants for the client’s vacant positions to further support its corporate goals and objectives. Facilitates the overall activities of all HR functions to ensure that all concerns are taken care of and provides solutions to minimize employee complaints.
What are the Qualifications?
RECRUITMENT
  • Reviews and recommends interview feedback the manager in coordination with their manpower needs.
  • Coordinates with the different recruitment providers regarding issues and concerns to further enhance the procedure and process in recruitment.
  • Monitors all Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits databases to promote proper and efficient services to the internal and external customers.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS (Payroll)
  • Maintain accurate records of employees' working hours, including regular hours, overtime, and time-off requests.
  • Track and manage employee leave balances, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of paid or unpaid time off.
  • Can do Payroll process and All government mandated benefits from, scratch to end.
  • Conduct regular audits of timekeeping records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
  • Prepares case analysis of light to serious disciplinary cases.
  • Monitors employees with suspension schedule.
  • Counsels employees concerning professional/personal growth and development.
  • Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters to develop appropriate procedures and policies to address grievances and discipline
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees' resignation or exit to improve the company’s image and development
  • Ensure company compliance to labor laws and applicable government regulations
  • Represents the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with demonstrated proficiency in HR functions
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
  • Must have strong human relations and oral written communications skills
SKILLS
  • Proficient in Timekeeping and Payroll
  • Experienced in creating memos, NTE and other paperwork
  • High analytical skills and good in reports
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Extensive decision making
WORKING CONDITION
  • The employee will be working in an office set-up.
  • Monday to Saturday 7:30AM to 5:00PM
  • Amenable to extend work hours if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
