What are the Key Responsibilities?

• Responsible for managing the full-lifecycle recruitment process from requisition up to the onboarding of new employees.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, professional associations, and other creative methods to identify potential candidates.
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates to assess their interest and fit for specific roles
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and refine candidate profiles.
• Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
• Provide insights on sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.
• Monitors the candidate journey, from screening and interviewing to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
• Improves and implements the current recruitment process, recommending best practices and striving to deliver a good candidate experience.

What are the Skills Qualifications?

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 1- 2 years experience In Talent Acquisition
• Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously
• Familiarity with different job boards, HRIS, database management, and internet search methods
• Advanced knowledge of social media networks and leveraging it for attraction of candidates
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Can work from MONDAYS through SATURDAYS

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
