I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, the Incumbent will be tasked to assist with the day-to-day operations, which may cover any of the following focus areas:

• Managing and publishing job advertisements on various portals like Facebook and Linked In to ensure a steady flow of quality candidates.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, contacting candidates, interviewing, following up with candidates, administering exams, conducting background checks, and managing candidate pipeline.
• Maintaining 201 files and ensuring that newly hired employees have completed pre-employment requirements.
• Responsible for the safekeeping of 201 files (including movement letters, exit papers, and appraisals of employees, etc.
• In charge of requesting Tools of Trade and creating tickets for New Hires (e.g. Email License, Mobile Plan, and Desktop/Laptop).
• Responsible for the safekeeping of HR Office Supplies.
• Creation of Identification Cards (ID) for newly hired employees.
• Responsible for the Onboarding of New Hires.
• Participating in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
Holder of a college degree in psychology, human resource management, business management or other related courses.
Work Experience:
1-2 years of related HR experience preferably in Talent Acquisition

Detail-oriented
Strong ability to multi-task and to operate gracefully under pressure
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications and Canva
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
