Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related course
• Has at least 1-3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Has extensive experience in handling BPO (volume) or IT positions
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
• Has extensive background with traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies (social media, etc.)
• Has background using different recruitment job boards
• Experience using Workday, Taleo or Cornerstone or other ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a must
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has strong decision-making skills
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (onsite and WFH)
• Willing to work on a day-shift schedule
