• Conducts the entire recruitment process, including posting, sourcing, exam administration and background investigation, requirement monitoring, and onboarding.
• Prepare and process timekeeping reports and payroll instruction.
• Facilitates timely implementation of disciplinary action process.
• Handle employee concerns about human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related fields
• Preferably with experience in basic HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• With good communication skills (both Oral and Written)
• Willing to be assigned in Libis Bagumbayan, Libis Quezon City
