We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting performance management, training and development, and employee discipline/relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Performance Management
- Will be responsible in facilitating the performance management system.
- Sending of performance evaluation form(s) to the concerned employee(s).
- Monitoring the probationary period of all employees.
- Tabulating and analyzing Performance Evaluation Results.
- Recommending training and development needs based on the Performance Evaluation results.
- Will be responsible in facilitating the employee discipline/relations.
- Receiving of Incident Report and evaluation.
- Issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE).
- Scheduling and coordinating admin hearing to the concerned employee and Co ED.
- Issuance of Notice of Penalty/Decision (NOP/D).
- Or addressing any employee grievances.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
