About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting performance management, training and development, and employee discipline/relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Performance Management

• Will be responsible in facilitating the performance management system.
• Sending of performance evaluation form(s) to the concerned employee(s).
• Monitoring the probationary period of all employees.
• Tabulating and analyzing Performance Evaluation Results.
• Recommending training and development needs based on the Performance Evaluation results.

B. Employee Discipline/Relation

• Will be responsible in facilitating the employee discipline/relations.
• Receiving of Incident Report and evaluation.
• Issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE).
• Scheduling and coordinating admin hearing to the concerned employee and Co ED.
• Issuance of Notice of Penalty/Decision (NOP/D).
• Or addressing any employee grievances.

C. Responsible in safekeeping and updating of HR 201/202 files and employee master list.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
