Key Responsibilities:
ü Design & Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement engaging training sessions for both Customer Service and Sales teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle inquiries, close sales, and deliver exceptional service.
ü Onboarding New Hires: Lead the onboarding process for new team members, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed from day one.
ü Continuous Development: Conduct regular refresher courses, upskilling sessions, and performance evaluations to keep our teams at the top of their game.
ü Customize Training Materials: Tailor training materials to address specific needs, industry trends, and the unique challenges of our package tour offerings.
ü Monitor & Evaluate: Track the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
ü Collaborate: Work closely with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and develop strategies that align with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
ü Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Call Center Trainer with proven expertise in both Customer Service and Sales training within a BPO environment.
ü Skills: Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
ü Knowledge: In-depth understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and the travel industry is a plus.
ü Adaptability: Ability to tailor training approaches to meet the varying needs of customer service and sales teams.
