Key Responsibilities:
ü Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
ü Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
ü Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future needs.
ü Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
ü Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
ü Experience: At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
ü Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
ü Proficiency: Familiar with online recruitment platforms and tools, such as Linked In, Mynimo, and Indeed.
ü Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
