Key Responsibilities:
Ø Handle inbound phone calls from customers inquiring about our travel and tour services.
Ø Accurately record customer details, including contact information, inquiry type, and any special requirements or issues.
Ø Inform customers that all Customer Service Agents are currently engaged and that they will be contacted back at a later time.
Ø Maintain a courteous and professional manner during every call, providing customers with a positive experience.
Ø Ensure that all recorded customer information is saved correctly and efficiently in the designated database or CRM system.
Ø Coordinate with Customer Service Agents to ensure timely follow-up on all customer inquiries.
Ø Follow company protocols and guidelines to manage high call volumes effectively.
Ø Report any urgent or escalated customer concerns to the Director of Customer Care.
Qualifications:
Ø High school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Ø Open to Fresh Graduates, but candidates with Customer Service experience are PREFERRED
Ø Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) Skills
Ø Typing Speed of at least 45 Words Per Minute (WPM) and above
