You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will be planning, leading, organizing and controlling the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging material to provide consistent quality ingredients to production in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Oversee overall Inbound RMPM and QI FG stocks Warehouse operations
• Handle 3PL on WH management and reviews KPI according to SLA and conduct monthly Business Review
• Review and update SWP, Work Instructions, and WOW on warehouse operations to achieve optimal efficiency
• Lead monthly quarterly and year end inventory count for WH and production; analyze variances and losses
• Develop, manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and WPI (Work Process Improvement) in WH operations
• Coordinate with Materials planner and Finite Scheduler on the RMPM delivery and requirements to manage WH utilization based on production plan and boundaries.
• Track FG releasing to meet Turn-Around Time (TAT) in coordination with quality and production and ensures zero occurrence of FPAR concern.
• Update and review Inventory Write Off (IWO) to be translated in monthly MTI approval and analyze / influence CAPA to eliminate causes.
• Identification of truck loading and unloading hotspot areas and develop safety controls to eliminate or lower the safety risk via HIRAC
• Identification of Powered Industrial Vehicle hotspot areas and develop safety controls to eliminate or lower the safety risk via HIRAC
• Call-off identified JIT materials to suppliers in planning of delivery schedules
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform GEMBA of warehouse area to address WH concerns
• Drive Daily Management System (DMS) with 3PL on WH operational plans and strategies
• Pillar member handling SWP and QP ownership

• Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, Power Point) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems.
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills
